zk9 Terms of Use

We at zk9 operate an online sportsbook and live-dealer gaming platform serving users in jurisdictions where our services are legally permitted. This document sets out the terms governing your account, deposits, withdrawals, and use of our markets—Liga 1 football betting, live baccarat tables, slot games, and esports markets.

By creating an account on zk9, you agree to these terms. We require all users to verify their identity, comply with local law, and use our platform responsibly. Our platform accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet. All transactions settle in Indonesian Rupiah.

Services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's regulations.

Account Opening and Eligibility on zk9

When you open an account on zk9, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services. We require a valid email, a strong password, and a phone number. You must then upload identity documentation—a valid KTP, passport, or driver's licence—and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).

We verify all accounts within one business day. During peak periods—around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or major Liga 1 or Piala AFF events—verification may take up to two business days. Once verified, your account unlocks full access to deposits, withdrawals, and all our markets. Unverified accounts can browse but cannot place bets or withdraw funds.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account if we detect fraudulent activity, underage access, or violation of our terms. If we close your account, we refund any remaining balance to your original payment method within five business days.

One account per user: You may hold only one active zk9 account. Multiple accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals on zk9

On zk9, you deposit funds to your account balance in IDR. We accept eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment (all settle within minutes), e-wallet (settles within subject to verification to 1 hour), and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual accounts (settle within 1–2 business hours during business hours; overnight or holiday transfers may extend to the next business day).

Withdrawals must return to the original payment method you used to deposit. If you funded via mobile banking, your winnings return to local payment. You can add a second payment method to your zk9 account, but it must be verified before you can withdraw to it. Withdrawal requests are processed in order. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) appear within minutes. Bank transfers settle within one to two business days depending on your institution. All withdrawals are subject to account verification and fraud review.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply

We enforce minimum withdrawal thresholds per payment method to manage processing costs. Minimum amounts are displayed on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.

Bonus and Promotional Offers on zk9

We periodically offer deposit bonuses, free bets, or other promotional credit to new and existing users. Any bonus offer comes with specific terms—a rollover requirement (the number of times you must wager the bonus before withdrawing it), eligible markets (some bonuses apply only to football betting, others to live-dealer tables or slots), and an expiry date.

Bonus terms are displayed when we credit the bonus to your account. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before using the bonus. If you do not meet the rollover requirement before the bonus expires, the unclaimed bonus is forfeited. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings generated from bonus wagering can be withdrawn once the rollover is met.

Betting Rules and Market Settlement on zk9

On zk9, we offer markets across Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Piala Asia, Champions League, and other football tournaments, as well as esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), live-dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette), and slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways).

Football market settlement follows official tournament results. If a match is postponed or abandoned before kickoff, all bets on that fixture are refunded. If a match begins and is abandoned mid-play (e.g., due to weather or a medical emergency), bets settle based on the result at the time of abandonment. Esports markets settle according to the tournament organizer's official ruling—if a match is forfeited, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement follows their decision.

Live-dealer and slot outcomes are determined by our random number generator (RNG), certified by independent auditors. All bets are final once confirmed on our platform. We do not reverse or cancel bets except in cases of system error, which we investigate and resolve case-by-case.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints on zk9

If you believe your account has been treated unfairly or a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We aim to respond to chat inquiries within a few hours and email inquiries within one business day. Our support team investigates all complaints and escalates complex cases to our compliance team.

If our support team and you cannot reach agreement, you may request mediation through a third-party dispute resolver. We will cooperate with any fair and independent review. Disputes are not resolved by litigation unless required by law; both parties agree to binding arbitration.

Our Liability and Your Responsibilities on zk9

We provide our platform "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that all betting outcomes will be fair or that our platform will be free of errors. We are not liable for losses incurred due to system downtime, network interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password and for all activity conducted under your account. You must not share your password, allow unauthorized access, or use another person's account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

You agree not to engage in fraud, money laundering, cheating, or any illegal activity on our platform. We reserve the right to close any account engaged in suspicious activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Jurisdiction and Legal Notice on zk9

We at zk9 do not offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for verifying that their access to and use of our platform comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction. We do not warrant that zk9 is accessible or legal everywhere—services are available only where local law permits.

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah and governed by applicable Indonesian law, except where local jurisdiction restricts our operations. Any legal disputes are resolved according to the mediation and arbitration process outlined above.

Data protection: We protect your personal data according to local data protection standards. Your account information, payment details, and betting history are stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

Changes to Our Terms on zk9

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of zk9 after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amendments, you may close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance.
